Slab Storage / Bumpers

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Yes. All products sold by PhantomTCG are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted distributors and suppliers. We specialize in genuine Japanese, English, and Chinese trading card products and carefully inspect our inventory before shipping.

Yes. Products listed as Factory Sealed are sealed in their original manufacturer packaging.

Please note that certain Japanese trading card products may be distributed without shrink wrap. If a product does not have shrink wrap, this will be clearly stated in the product listing.

No-shrink Japanese Pokémon products are normal and can be legitimately sold this way.

In Japan, it is common for certain Pokémon booster boxes to have their shrink wrap removed before being sold to distributors, vendors, or retailers. The removal of the outer shrink wrap does not mean the booster packs inside have been opened or that the contents have been removed.

The original Japanese factory packaging and booster packs remain intact. These products contain the same packs and contents as their shrink-wrapped counterparts.

Because the outer shrink wrap has been removed, these products can often be offered at a lower price, making them a great option for collectors and customers who plan to open the box and enjoy the packs themselves.

If a product is sold without shrink wrap, we will clearly state NO SHRINK in the product title and description so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

We work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Most orders are shipped the same business day or within 1 business day after payment is processed. During busy periods, product releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and contents of the order.

The shipping carrier selected may vary based on the most appropriate service for your order.

All sales are final, and we do not accept order cancellations.

Please carefully review your order, product description, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

This policy applies to both in-stock and pre-order products.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for trading card products due to the nature of sealed and randomized collectible products.

This includes sealed booster boxes, booster packs, decks, collection products, and other trading card products.

Acrylic cases and accessories are also considered final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damage claims involving trading card products, acrylic cases, or other items, please provide clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged item(s). Additional photos or information may be requested so we can properly review the issue.

Please do not throw away the product or packaging until the issue has been resolved.

We will review the evidence provided and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Pre-order products ship based on the expected release date and shipping information listed on the product page.

We will ship pre-orders once the product is released, received, and ready to be fulfilled.

Release dates provided by manufacturers or suppliers can occasionally change. If there is a significant delay or change to the expected shipping timeline, we will provide an update when available.
