Refund policy
We understand that buying trading cards online is a different experience than shopping in person. However, due to the nature of collectible items—and the unique condition and value of each product—all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide the following:

Clear photos or video of the shipping box

The shipping label

The packing slip

The damaged item(s)
Once we receive all required documentation, we will assess your claim.
