Shipping & Handling

In Stock: Ships within 1 business day.

Pre-orders: Shipped within 3 business days after all items arrive at our warehouse. We cannot control manufacturer or supplier delays and will only ship pre-orders when all items are in stock. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order. PRE ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED.

Packaging: All orders are carefully packed. Minor wear and tear on sealed product packaging (such as dents or creases) is normal and does not affect the product inside.

Transit times: Are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable import fees.

Cancellations: A 10% fee applies to all cancellations.

Damages & Claims: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence of the package, shipping label, merchandise, and packing slip. We will work with you to find a resolution once this information is provided.
