TERMS OF SALE
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Sale”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms of Sale apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.
We understand that buying trading cards online is a different experience than shopping in person. However, due to the nature of collectible items—and the unique condition and value of each product—all sales are final.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders are final and non-cancellable. We purchase stock specifically to fulfill pre-order items. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds on any pre-order purchases under any circumstances.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items and you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
STANDARD ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on non-pre-order items will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide the following:
Clear photos or video of the shipping box
A photo of the shipping label
A photo of the packing slip
Clear images or video of the damaged item(s)
Once all documentation is submitted, we will review your claim.
